Expected salary range of $78,300 to $87,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

Primary Purpose of Position

As a Marketing Analyst, you will support the execution and optimization of targeted marketing campaigns aimed at driving business growth and engagement. You will be involved in all aspects of campaign management, from initial strategy to performance evaluation, with a focus on prospecting, customer retention, and cross-selling initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and internal stakeholders to implement effective marketing activities and communication plans. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn and grow in the field of marketing, bringing fresh ideas and enthusiasm to the team.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities

  • Analyze data and incorporate insights into ongoing marketing efforts to improve campaign targeting and effectiveness.
  • Utilize marketing platforms to identify prospects, manage lead pipelines, and optimize campaigns with available headroom.
  • Support the creation of marketing materials, including emails, digital advertising, and promotional content, with a focus on driving engagement.
  • Conduct A/B testing and incentive management to refine campaign performance and improve customer conversion rates.
  • Generate reports on campaign performance, former customer engagement, and lost leads. Provide actionable insights to improve future marketing strategies.
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to align marketing strategies with business goals, cross-sell opportunities, and customer outreach initiatives.
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing on the execution of marketing campaigns
  • Additional duties as assigned.聽

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 2-years experience, in lieu of degree 6-years experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite applications
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously聽
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to collaborate across teams
  • Overall understanding of general marketing principles
  • Strong coordination skills 路 Strong proofing and grammatical skills
  • Travel required as necessary to meet business needs and in-person attendance for trainings, all-hands meetings, and other moments that matter聽

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in a related field
  • Demonstrated strong technical and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools, customer segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Experience in market planning
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
