Qualifications
- 5+ years of Commercial HVAC service experience
- Advanced knowledge of HVAC systems, components, diagnostics, and repair practices
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve complex service issues
- Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Comfortable working in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor environments
- Work may be performed in varying weather conditions throughout the year

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems and equipment
- Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues and provide effective, long-term solutions
- Educate homeowners on repair options, system performance, and replacement solutions
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and professional job sites
- Accurately document completed work, recommendations, and customer information
- Support and mentor junior technicians by sharing technical knowledge and best practices
- Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and company events
- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA guidelines
- Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces
- Ability to regularly lift and move 50+ pounds
