One of our many strengths is we develop strong collaborative relationships with each of our referring physicians by offering accurate, prompt, and clear diagnoses in a personal and customized manner. Sagis Diagnostics is seeking a Full Time Materials Coordinator II. Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Houston, TX 77092  Coordinates the transfer of marketing, clinical, and lab products between various lab areas and external locations  Deliver or route materials to departments using wheeled carts, pallet jacks or dolly  Requisition and maintain inventories of materials or supplies necessary to meet demands Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes Collects and analyzes data on current orders, inventory levels, and sales forecasts to estimate future demand for materials  Examine documents, materials, or products and monitor work processes to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications Partner with lab management to ensure all supply items are appropriately received, inventoried, and stored.  Monitor inventory weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly to ensure all required client orders and lab operations can be successfully fulfilled efficiently.  Provide recommendations for improvement regarding the inventory system and supply ordering and shipping. Package, wrap, and/or prepare materials for shipping  Assist with Inventory cycles counts Receive, store, shelve, and organize materials in the warehouse Qualifications High School Diploma- Required 1-3 years of related experience in Warehouse or Inventory Excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams   Work Environment: The facility is climate controlled, however, some outside loading/unloading may be necessary   Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand, walk, bend, stoop, twist, reach, crouch, kneel, and climb frequently (25% to 85%) Must be able to sit, crawl and climb occasionally (15% or less) Must be able to handle/manipulate equipment continuously (75% or more) Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull 5-20 lbs - frequently, 20-50 lbs- occasionally, and over 50 lbs.- rarely  Must be able to see in limited lighting, read small print, and distinguish colors   Success Indicators: Team-oriented approach with the ability to take initiative, prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet client expectations and deadlines across multiple projects Flexibility and adaptability and level of comfort with ambiguity and fluid priorities Professional client service manner and demonstrated ability to take initiative Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Flexibility and diplomacy in professional relationships At Sagis, we offer: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Company-Paid Short-term and Long-term Disability, Basic Life, EAP Voluntary Accident/Critical Illness/Life insurance Fair Wages 401(k) Contribution Vacation Paid Parental Leave Floating Holidays Scheduled Holidays Comfortable work environment Wellness Initiatives Tuition Assistance Job Training/Career Development Great Team Leaders
