We are seeking a highly motivated Night Warehouse Manager!   Responsibilities: Manage overnight / night operations of the warehouse, including returns, receiving, put away, transfers, restock, freight, parcels, and conversion. Lead and develop an overnight / night warehouse team to deliver unparalleled customer service. Maintain high levels of accuracy in overnight / night operations. Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Responsible for associate development through training on policy & procedures. Creates a cohesive organization by keeping lines of communication open and directs workforce to insure efficient workflow. Ensure items pick accurately and safely to prevent damage. Perform tasks in multi-temperature environments Maintaining a food-safe environment. Report any damaged equipment to General Manager and/or Safety Manager Other duties as assigned. Requirements  1- a year of previous warehousing managing Experience.  Power Pallet Jacks: (Required) 1- year Fresh Produce experience preferred Overnight Shift (Required) Must be able to work effectively with other employees, and other departments within the company. Must be able to climb, stoop, kneel, and reach. Must be able to lift 50 pounds.  Must be able to work in 35 to 70-degree temperatures.
