  • Lead and support Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across branch operations
  • Facilitate Kaizen, 5S, process mapping, root cause analysis, and structured problem-solving activities

  • Track improvement projects, action items, results, and measurable benefits
  • Support visual management tools, tier boards, dashboards, and Continuous Improvement reporting
  • Help deliver Lean and Continuous Improvement training to employees and frontline leaders
  • Coach employees on basic Lean principles, structured problem solving, and everyday improvement
  • Partner with operations, quality, and support teams to implement and sustain improvements
  • Build employee engagement and encourage teams to take ownership of improvement opportunities
  • Help ensure improvements are implemented, measured, and sustained

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field, or 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, quality, engineering, or Continuous Improvement
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
  • Foundational understanding of Lean, Continuous Improvement, process improvement, or structured problem solving
  • Experience working with KPIs, operational data, or performance reporting
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, hands-on operational environment

  • Ability to build relationships and work effectively with employees at different levels of the organization
  • A proactive mindset with the curiosity and initiative to challenge existing processes and find better ways to work
  • Lean Six Sigma or Green Belt certification is a plus, but not required.
