SBM Management is searching for a dynamic Operations Quality Manager! The Operations Quality Manager will be responsible for coordinating and directing operations necessary to carry out contractual responsibilities between SBM and customers including all necessary planning, supervision, budgeting, vendor and supply contact, customer relations and other high level managerial or supervisor responsibilities. The individual will be responsible for developing effective quality control processes.
Responsibilities          Â
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes to ensure effective quality control
- Ensure SBM’s quality management systems conforms to all regulatory/legal requirementsÂ
- Oversee inspection of materials to ensure they meet requirements
- Monitor internal processes for quality standards
- Keep up on standards, regulations/laws, issues, and news with respect to product and service qualityÂ
- Develop work schedules to ensure adequate serviceÂ
- Prepare schedules for service personnel, assigns personnel to routesÂ
- Inspect and evaluate physical condition of establishment for program compliance, i.e. safety, quality, and serviceÂ
- Audit and maintain inventory supplies and equipmentÂ
- Investigate and promoteimproved equipment and methodsÂ
- Review customer requests for service to ascertain cause for service request, type of malfunction, and address with managerÂ
- Implement organization policies and goalsÂ
- Facilitate budget requests to identify areas in which reductions can be madeÂ
- Assist with plans, budgets, and schedule modifications including cost estimates bid sheets and contractsÂ
- Participate in the development of long-range plans, conceptual designs, and capital outlay requirements for program/process improvementsÂ
- Assist with coordination of program specifications, requirements for proposals and contracts, and associated documentsÂ
- Collect data for preparing estimates, labor hours, expenses, and other metricsÂ
- Maintain a safe work environment for self and employeesÂ
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, such as, FLSA, OSHA, ADA, etc.Â
- Direct supervisory management engaged in support of facilities programsÂ
- Act as liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractorsÂ
- Conduct and attend meetings to communicate top down, and bottom up on a consistent real time basis, with customers, clients, and employeesÂ
- Assist with human resource concerns and issuesÂ
- Support compliance training for new hires and sustaining management/associates on quality expectations and systems.Â
- Some travel may be required for this positionÂ

Â
- A.A. Degreerequired with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceÂ
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification a plusÂ
- May be required to have a valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Completed all safety and task training certificationÂ
- May be required to be forklift certifiedÂ
- Bilingual a plusÂ
- Ability to read and interpret instructions, procedures, manuals, and other documentsÂ
- Strong verbal and written communication skillsÂ
- Knowledge of cleaning methods and equipment and willing to share with teamÂ
- Knowledge of the upkeep and care of the cleaning equipmentÂ
- Knowledge of cleaning compounds and chemicals, and their safe, efficient useÂ
- Customer service, problem solving, time management, project management, planning, excellent communication, presentation, interviewing, coaching, and training skillsÂ
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skillsÂ
- Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business communityÂ
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, employees, and general publicÂ
Compensation: $70,000 - $70,500 per year           Â
