We bring exceptional brands and products to consumers that help them protect the health and wellness of their families and the cleanliness of their homes and pools. We are committed to building a culture of performance driven by accountability, collaboration, and agility that enables timely fact-based decision-making and exceptional execution with unwavering ethics. As one of North America’s largest independent manufacturers of consumer products, KIK helps a large portfolio of brands and retailers bring their products to life.

Your Role at KIK

As a Packer, you are a critical part of our production team and the final quality checkpoint before our products reach customers. You help ensure that every bottle that leaves our facility meets our high standards for safety, quality, and presentation. In this fast-paced manufacturing environment, you will work alongside your team on the production line to assemble, inspect, and package finished goods with precision and care. Your attention to detail directly impacts product quality, customer satisfaction, and overall plant performance.

This role supports our Operations team by maintaining efficient production flow, upholding Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and ensuring every unit packed meet customer requirement.

What You’ll Do

  • Place empty bottles onto moving conveyor belts to maintain continuous production flow.

  • Insert sprayers and other components into bottles on the production line.

  • Inspect finished products for quality and pack completed bottles into boxes and final shippers.

  • Apply hangtags, sleeves, and promotional materials to products as required.

  • Operate packaging equipment, including L-Bar machines (after training), when needed.

  • Maintain responsibility for final product quality — verify that all units meet GMP and customer standards before packing.

  • Support safety and housekeeping in the work area and report unsafe conditions to the Team Leader or Supervisor.

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives and follow all GMP, safety, and plant policies and procedures.

What You’ll Bring

  • High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.

  • Previous experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production environment preferred but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and meet productivity standards.

  • Basic understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and safety standards, or willingness to learn.

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure product quality and accuracy.

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

  • Reliable attendance and ability to work assigned shifts, including overtime when required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8–12 hours per shift).

  • Ability to perform repetitive motions, including grasping, reaching, bending, and lifting.

  • Ability to lift up to 35–40 pounds regularly.

  • Ability to work around moving mechanical equipment and conveyor systems.

  • Ability to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or high-volume manufacturing.

  • Familiarity with packaging equipment such as L-Bar machines.

  • Knowledge of GMP and customer quality standards.

  • Experience participating in Continuous Improvement or Lean initiatives.

  • Forklift certification (if applicable to department).
