Are you an experienced Intake Specialist with a background in personal injury law? We are seeking a reliable, organized, and compassionate professional to join our growing personal injury law firm in Houston, Texas.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, providing exceptional customer service while gathering the information needed to begin their case.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from potential clients and gather detailed case information.
  
• Conduct client intake interviews with professionalism and empathy.
  
• Schedule consultations and appointments.
  
• Enter and maintain accurate client information in the case management system.
  
• Follow up with prospective clients as needed.
  
• Communicate with attorneys and staff regarding new case intakes.
  
• Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the intake process.
  

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of intake experience in a personal injury law firm (required).
  
• Personal injury law experience is required.
  
• Strong understanding of the personal injury intake process.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills.
  
• Professional phone etiquette.
  
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management software.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
