Oracle is seeking a Factory Quality Engineer to join our Quality organization and help ensure the quality, reliability, and manufacturing readiness of complex hardware products. This role is responsible for incoming quality control (IQC), outgoing quality control (OQC), outgoing box audit (OBA), factory quality, field quality, reliability, and operational health metrics.

You will work directly with Oracle’s manufacturing partners and cross-functional engineering teams to identify factory quality risks, ensure manufacturing issues are understood and contained, drive root cause and corrective actions to closure, and strengthen manufacturing controls.

You will use manufacturing yield data, test coverage, OBA findings, root cause and corrective action (RCCA) methodologies, and risk assessment to protect manufacturing delivery, outgoing quality, and field reliability. This role requires strong technical judgment, disciplined problem solving, and the ability to translate factory quality data into clear actions and risk-based recommendations that support successful product ramps and OK-to-Ramp and OK-to-Ship decisions.
