Program Manager, Chief of Staff Office

Description -

This role will lead key operational programs including executive communications, employee engagement, intern programs, business continuity planning, records management, site investment governance, and organizational reporting. The ideal candidate is a highly organized business operations leader who excels at driving cross-functional initiatives, managing executive priorities, and creating operational excellence within a fast-paced global engineering organization. 

Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Organizational Culture 

  • Coordinate employee engagement activities across the organization. 

  • Lead logistical planning for all-hands meetings, town halls, leadership events, and employee programs. 

  • Support execution of Annual Employee Meeting (AEM) planning and logistics. 

  • Drive recognition programs including WoW Awards and other employee recognition activities. 

  • Help create programs that strengthen organizational culture and employee experience. 

 

Communications & Executive Support 

  • Draft, coordinate, and distribute leadership communications. 

  • Develop presentations, newsletters, talking points, and organizational updates. 

  • Coordinate communication plans for major organizational initiatives. 

  • Support executive messaging and leadership engagement activities. 

  • Help ensure consistent communication across global teams. 

 

Intern Program Management 

  • Coordinate internship program activities across the engineering organization. 

  • Track intern onboarding, engagement activities, project assignments, and key milestones. 

  • Partner with managers, HR, recruiting, and university relations teams. 

  • Plan intern events and leadership engagement opportunities. 

  • Support intern conversion and retention efforts. 

 

Site Investment Planning & Governance 

  • Maintain tracking and reporting for site investment initiatives. 

  • Coordinate planning activities across multiple stakeholders. 

  • Monitor project status, spend tracking, milestones, and business impacts. 

  • Develop reporting and executive summaries for leadership review. 

  • Support annual planning and investment prioritization activities. 

 

Required Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 

  • 8+ years of program management, business operations, chief of staff, or organizational effectiveness experience. 

  • Experience supporting senior leaders and complex organizations. 

  • Strong project and program management skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 

  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills. 

 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience supporting engineering or R&D organizations. 

  • Experience in communications, employee engagement, or organizational effectiveness. 

  • Experience with budget tracking and business operations. 

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects. 

  • Experience working with executive leadership teams. 

  • Familiarity with records management, compliance, or business continuity planning processes.

The ideal candidate is the person who helps keep the trains running. They are highly organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with executives, strong in communications, capable of managing many simultaneous workstreams, and able to translate leadership priorities into coordinated action across the organization.

The pay range for this role is $116,150 to $182,400 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
