Audubon is currently seeking aĀ Project CoordinatorĀ to join Audubon's project execution team. TheĀ Project Coordinator'sĀ primary function will be to manage and oversee the technical aspects of multi-discipline execution teams and projects. TheĀ Project CoordinatorĀ will be accountable for the direction, coordination, control and completion of assigned projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.

Key Areas of Responsibility will include:
- Demonstrates exemplary communication and organizational skills.
- Understands, follows, and enforces SEPās.
- Facilitates multi-disciplinary communication.
- Manages daily project activities.
- Providing early input into engineering/design and procurement.
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility/asset design is in accordance with all applicable codes, standards and regulations, and meets the project objectives.
- Actively participates in the Front-End Loading phases, identifying opportunities to improve project cost and schedule during field execution, while balancing long term reliability, maintainability and life cycle costs.
- Validates piping against PIDs
- Ensures proper sign-off on all deliverables being issued. Spot checks for proper checking.
- Ensures deliverables are issued on schedule.
- Prepares change order request at the direction of PM.
- Coordinates change order estimates at the direction of PM.
- May be required to facilitate internal and external project meetings.
- Coordinates MOC efforts.
- Develops/adjusts project support team level workflow processes with PM alignment.Ā
- Administers the development and issuance of project specs.
- Resolves day to day project issues/emergencies.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years, engineering experience, field construction experience, experience working in the onshore oil and gas industry (preferred) or onshore gas processing, hydrocarbon storage and transportation, chemical manufacturing, or refining.
- Experience as the lead design / project coordinator on medium and large multi-discipline projects.
- Basic understanding of multi-discipline deliverables, procurement and construction activities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong team leadership capabilities.
