Project Manager

Location: Houston, Texas | Full-Time | In-Office (Local Travel)


Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for leading projects from planning through completion. This role manages schedules, budgets, resources, and communication while partnering closely with customers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality projects on time and within budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage assigned projects from start to finish 
  • Develop and execute detailed project plans and schedules 
  • Oversee budgets, bids, quality standards, and financial reporting 
  • Coordinate with customers, internal teams, and contractors 
  • Communicate project progress, milestones, risks, and changes 
  • Manage project documentation and secure deliverable sign‑off 
  • Identify, track, and mitigate project risks 
  • Track and report weekly project status and completion metrics

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of Project Management experience in Large‑scale, long‑duration projects required
  • Project Management experience in healthcare/hospital settings (preferred)
  • Experience in construction or Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) Project Management (preferred)
  • Life safety or compliance knowledge (a plus)
  • Experience managing schedules, budgets, and multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to perform in fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environments
  • Detail‑oriented with strong follow‑through and accountability
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 

Physical Requirements

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, talk, and hear 
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds occasionally 
  • May require extended work hours, including evenings and weekends

 

Additional Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Valid driver’s license (REAL ID preferred)
  • Ability to travel as required by the role
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds occasionally
