  • Ensure work meets internal standards and external regulations/specs

Resource & Workforce Management

  • Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment across multiple project sites

  • Assign tasks to site managers, supervisors, and contractors; ensure alignment and accountability

  • Manage mobile crews and travel logistics (flights, accommodations, scheduling)

  • Support hiring, onboarding, and project staffing decisions as needed

Client & Stakeholder Leadership

  • Serve as the primary point of contact—providing project updates and managing expectations

  • Lead kickoff meetings, progress reviews, and closeouts to ensure satisfaction and feedback

  • Build strong working relationships across internal teams, vendors, and field leaders

  • Negotiate timelines, budgets, and deliverables when needed while protecting quality standards

Quality, Compliance & Safety

  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure standards are met

  • Proactively manage safety risks and enforce PPE and safety protocols

  • Maintain accurate documentation: checklists, signoffs, inspection reports

Financial Oversight & Reporting

  • Monitor expenses and control costs across labor, materials, and equipment

  • Track purchase orders and keep projects aligned to financial targets

  • Provide reporting on project performance, budget status, and resource allocation

What Success Looks Like
