Job Overview:

Weatherford has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and workplace experience of Weatherford's Corporate Campus in Houston's Galleria area.

This role serves as the primary point of contact for workplace operations, vendor management, space planning, capital projects, and corporate real estate activities that support the campus. The successful candidate will partner closely with business leaders, employees, and SJP executives to ensure the facility provides a best-in-class workplace experience while maintaining operational excellence, financial stewardship, and high levels of customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills, executive presence, project management experience, and the ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic corporate environment.

Responsibilities:

Workplace & Property Management

  • Manage the overall workplace experience for employees, visitors, and executive leadership.
  • Oversee service providers including janitorial, landscaping, security, parking, and building support services.
  • Ensure the campus maintains a professional, safe, and welcoming environment.
  • Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and service providers.

Executive & Stakeholder Support

  • Build strong working relationships with senior leaders and SJP executives.
  • Provide proactive support for executive visits, meetings, workplace initiatives, and special events.
  • Anticipate stakeholder needs and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Effectively communicate operational updates, risks, and project status to leadership.

Financial & Vendor Management

  • Develop and manage operating and capital budgets.
  • Monitor expenses, forecast costs, and identify savings opportunities.
  • Manage vendor contracts, performance metrics, and service delivery expectations.
  • Support sourcing, procurement, and contract negotiations when needed.

Space Planning & Workplace Strategy

  • Coordinate office moves, restacks, workplace enhancements, and occupancy planning.
  • Maintain space utilization and occupancy records.
  • Partner with business leaders to align workplace solutions with organizational needs.
  • Project Management.
  • Lead workplace improvement projects, renovations, and facility enhancements.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, stakeholders, and vendor resources.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to business operations.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of experience in commercial property management, corporate real estate, workplace operations, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting executive-level stakeholders within a corporate environment.
  • Strong financial, budgeting, and vendor management experience.
  • Demonstrated project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and workplace management tools.
  • Ability to respond out of hours.
