The Digital Sales Assistant serves as the operational backbone of the digital revenue team, acting as the liaison between Integrated Marketing Specialists, Integrated Marketing Managers and clients. This role is responsible for all digital order entry, campaign setup coordination, asset collection, and execution support to ensure seamless campaign launches and ongoing performance success.

 

This is a hybrid position. Requiring in-office presence Tuesday-Thursday.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Execute digital order entry with a high level of accuracy, organization, and timeliness.
  • Input, manage, and maintain digital campaigns within WideOrbit and vCreative (experience preferred).
  • Upload digital instructions, creative assets, and campaign details into vCreative to ensure proper campaign execution.
  • Ensure all campaign elements align with approved proposals, client expectations, and internal standards.
  • Maintain organized documentation and records for campaign materials, instructions, and execution details.
  • Serve as the primary operational liaison between Account Executives (AEs), Integrated Marketing Managers (IMMs), and clients to support smooth campaign execution.
  • Assist Integrated Marketing Specialist in gathering and organizing creative assets, tracking pixels, audience targeting parameters, and campaign specifications.
  • Communicate clearly with internal execution teams to ensure campaigns are implemented accurately and efficiently.
  • Proactively identify and resolve discrepancies or issues prior to campaign launch to minimize disruptions.
  • Demonstrate a working knowledge of digital advertising tactics, including:
    • Programmatic Display and Video
    • Paid Social Advertising
    • Email Marketing
    • Streaming Audio / Connected Audio
    • OTT / CTV
    • Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
    • Geofencing and Audience Targeting
    • Assist in confirming campaign setups align with recommended strategy, targeting parameters, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Support creative production coordination when required.
  • Track, collect, and organize creative assets from clients to support campaign launches.
  • Ensure all creative materials meet platform specifications and submission deadlines.
  • Coordinate creative revisions and updates as needed to maintain campaign timelines.
  • Provide support for creative production processes when applicable.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES: 

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tactics and terminology
  • Excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and effectively manage time
  • Self-starter, with the ability to take and follow direction
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with the station’s clients and listeners
  • Can work well independently and as an integral part of the team
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time, and lift/move up to 50 lbs
  • Submit to a criminal background check
  • Legal right to work in the United States
