We’re looking for motivated, customer-focused Sales/Service Electricians who bring a positive, can-do attitude to every job. This is your chance to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new division within a trusted, established company.

Sign-on bonus up to $5000

What You’ll Do:

• Start your day from home, dispatched directly to your first call.
• Diagnose and resolve residential electrical issues.
• Present repair or replacement options to homeowners and complete the work or pass to our Install team.
• Take detailed notes and pictures to upload into Service Titan.
• Make recommendations for other work opportunities such as HVAC, plumbing and attic insulation.
• When applicable, turn leads over to other Village departments and earn 4% of any sales from your leads.
• Offer the Village Partner Plan (our maintenance plan) to potential new members or renew existing members.
• Collect for all completed jobs and turn payments into Village office in a timely manner.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience as a residential service electrician.
• Current TDLR Electrical License (Residential Wireman or higher)
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Valid Driver's license with a good driving record.
• Bonus points for: Service Titan experience, sales background, or generator installation expertise.
