Right-of-Way Technician

Description

• Collect data and gather information or documents
• Perform standard analysis
• Prepare documents and visual aids
• Provide QA/QC of parcel documents
• Assist in scheduling eminent domain proceedings
• Attend eminent domain proceedings to take notes and prepare data sheets
• Prepare reports
• Assists with processing various payment requests
• Assist with billing support
• Prepare and submit invoices
• Package and mail documents
• Keep detailed records
• Maintain physical files

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License 
• Notary Public preferred
• Proficient with MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
