Responsible for providing sales support for insurance clients by creating timely illustrations, sending of state specific and compliance forms, providing educational or point of sale documents, and is a liaison between carriers and clients. Primary Responsibilities include eliciting client needs with speed and composure, answering client service inquiries and resolving problems orally, virtually, or in writing, delivering top quality service, navigating the web to provide documents, being computer literate in Word and Excel, providing input and support on new product and sales processes, participating in team and individual meetings, handling outbound and inbound calls, and performing other duties as assigned. Primary Skills & Requirements include previous insurance or financial experience preferred, effective verbal and written communication, customer service skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, organizational skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, minimum high school degree, proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office and Windows applications, dependability, self-motivation, curiosity to ask probing questions, ability to work across time zones with remote team members, bilingual encouraged, active Life and Health license, and 2024 AHIP completed.
