Job Title: Entry Level Controls Trainee

Location: Houston and Surrounding Areas

Salary: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a self-motivated and dedicated Controls Trainee to assist with the installation of control systems. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of electrical or HVAC systems, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to follow instructions while working collaboratively within a team

Key Responsibilities:

• Run electrical conduit for control systems.
• Read and interpret control and mechanical drawings.
• Pull low-voltage cables and assist in terminating low-voltage wires.
• Assist in the installation of control devices and related equipment.
• Work closely with senior team members and follow instructions.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Must have your own transportation and appropriate tools.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Good work ethic and the ability to collaborate with others effectively.

Work Environment:

• This is a full-time position based in Houston and surrounding areas.
