We have offices in Austin, Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio – with a portfolio spanning the United States and beyond. 


Our needs:

We have an immediate opening in our Houston office for a Mid to Senior-level professional with experience in landscape architecture and site construction


Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in a design office (landscape architecture, architecture, or urban design)
  • experience preparing construction drawings and document sets with a strong focus on technical detailing
  • working knowledge of landscape architectural construction and site development elements
  • experience reviewing and redlining drawing sets
  • familiarity with materials research and writing technical specifications
  • experience supporting projects through construction, including site observation or construction administration
  • proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
  • ability and willingness to travel, including driving
  • licensure or intent to pursue licensure

Qualifications:

  • strong attention to detail with an ability to elevate the quality of construction documentation
  • organized and thoughtful in managing time, tasks, and project information
  • clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • approaches problem-solving with curiosity and sound judgment
  • works collaboratively with designers at all levels and contributes to a positive team environment
  • takes initiative while remaining open to direction and feedback
  • comfortable participating in and leading meetings as needed
  • demonstrates accountability, reliability, and follow-through
  • positive attitude and strong sense of ownership in work

Additional Experience (Preferred)

  • proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • experience with Bluebeam Revu
  • hand sketching and visual communication skills
  • 3D modeling experience (SketchUp or Rhino)
  • familiarity with Revit or other BIM software
