The Senior Supply Chain Manager – U.S. Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for directing and optimizing all supply chain activities across U.S. operations. This position provides end-to-end oversight of field procurement, warehouse and yard operations, inventory management, logistics coordination, and asset administration to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant material support to operations.

The role is accountable for delivering measurable improvements in cost control, service levels, inventory accuracy, and process standardization across multiple districts and areas. The Senior Supply Chain Manager partners closely with Operations, Finance, HSE, and Corporate Supply Chain leadership to align supply chain performance with business objectives and operational priorities.
This position requires a strong leader capable of driving organizational change, developing high-performing teams, implementing best practices, and fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
