How You’ll Make a Difference
As a Service Writer / Dispatcher, you’ll be the connection between our customers, technicians, and service team. You’ll keep work moving, customers informed, and technicians set up for success.
This is a role where organization and relationships matter. Your ability to anticipate needs, communicate clearly, and follow through will directly impact our customers’ experience and the success of our team.
What You’ll Do
Keep service work moving. Dispatch and monitor technicians based on skills and certifications, track repair progress and productivity, and make sure work orders, time entries, and service details are accurate and completed on time.
Take great care of our customers. Provide timely updates on schedules, repairs, quotes, and delays; respond to phone and email inquiries; and help identify additional service opportunities that keep customers' equipment working.
Own the details from start to finish. Coordinate service agreements, purchase orders, invoicing information, vendor expenses, repair orders, reporting, and service van maintenance tracking.
Bring the team together. Partner with Service leadership and our Sales, Rental, Parts, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable teams to solve problems, support technician performance, and deliver a consistent customer experience.

What You’ll Bring
A high school diploma; technical school or college education is a plus.
Strong customer service, communication, organization, and multitasking skills, with the ability to work with urgency while keeping a close eye on the details.
Ideally, 5+ years of experience in customer service, operations, service coordination, or a similar environment, including experience with service orders, invoices, purchase orders, expense tracking, or payroll preparation.
Confidence working independently with business systems and Microsoft Office, along with an understanding of service operations, processes, and reporting.

This role works primarily in an office environment and requires prolonged sitting and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
You’ll join a hardworking team that believes safety, integrity, and taking care of people come first. Your work will matter every day—helping our technicians succeed, our customers stay productive, and our team move forward together.
