Key Responsibilities: - Monitor and document residents' health status, including vital signs, symptoms, and any changes in condition. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate dosage and adherence to schedules. - Coordinate with healthcare professionals, including doctors and specialists, to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents. - Provide guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices and company policies. - Communicate effectively with residents' families, providing updates on health status and addressing any concerns or questions. - Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with nursing practices and advancements in healthcare. - Promote a positive and caring environment for residents, fostering a sense of community and well-being.
