Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and driven Software Developer with experience in Mendix to support the design, development, and optimization of internal applications and systems. This role will work across departments to build and maintain scalable solutions that improve workflows, data integration, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in software development, system integration, and application architecture, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, develop, and maintain applications using Mendix

· Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

· Develop and enhance applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience

· Build and maintain API integrations with internal and third-party systems

· Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve system and application issues

· Participate in testing, deployment, and release management processes

· Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with organizational standards

· Document application architecture, workflows, and development processes

· Support ongoing system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

 

Qualifications

Required:

· Hands-on experience with Mendix development

· Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

· Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, SQL, or similar programming languages

· Experience with API development and integrations (REST/SOAP)

· Experience with database design and management

· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred:

· Experience in healthcare systems (EMR, billing, or practice management)

· Familiarity with cloud environments and deployment practices

· Understanding of data security and compliance standards (HIPAA preferred)
