What You’ll Do
- Â Convert guests into memberships and long-term clientsÂ
- Â Recommend services, enhancements, and retail confidentlyÂ
- Â Drive pre-booking and retentionÂ
- Â Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Â Deliver a high-energy, personalized guest experienceÂ
What We’re Looking For
- Â Proven experience in sales, retail, or guest service
- Â Confident communicator who can recommend and close sales
- Â Goal-oriented and motivated by performanceÂ
- Â Fast-paced, positive, and team-drivenÂ
- Â Comfortable being accountable to resultsÂ
Schedule
-  6–8 hour shiftsÂ
- Â Full-time availableÂ
- Â Open 7 days a week
