Expected salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
Constellation is seeking a qualified professional with proven experience and results to join our Retail Operations team as a Senior Analyst. The Senior Analyst is responsible for leveraging subject matter expertise in the daily execution of their team's work processes, handling complex issues and escalations, and exceptional communication and change management both within their work group and with internal and external stakeholders. The Senior Analyst is also responsible for driving process improvement and system enhancements, often collaborating with project groups, Information Technology and cross-functional teams.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities
- Proactively communicate and resolve system or process issues, foster collaboration across teams, support change management, and interface with internal and external customers to ensure seamless knowledge transfer, effective problem resolution, and effortless customer experience.
- Drive process innovation by challenging the status quo, defining business requirements, collaborating with IT and cross-functional teams, and leading UAT activities to implement sustainable system and workflow enhancements, while supporting and coaching other team members through testing activities.
- Apply independent judgment and analytical expertise to investigate process discrepancies, evaluate alternatives, and collaborate across teams to implement effective solutions that fully resolve customer issues.
- Ensure compliance by maintaining knowledge of business, contractual, regulatory, and market policies, while aligning workflows with SOX key controls and company standards.
- Leverage technical expertise and deep knowledge of internal systems to monitor functionality, identify issues and variations, and articulate improvements that align business and technology objectives.
- Use independent judgment and analytical skills to investigate discrepancies, evaluate alternatives, and resolve customer and process issues by selecting and executing appropriate corrective actions.
- Execute order to cash operational activities, including customer enrollment, contract and confirmation processing, billing and pricing data management, cash application, and third party payments, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery.
- Travel required as necessary to meet business needs.
- In-person attendance for training, all-hands meetings, and other meaningful engagements.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 5-years relevant experience, in lieu of degree 9 years of relevant experience
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with peers and key stakeholders, both internal and external
- Ability to obtain and analyze large data sets and can reason through complex scenarios to suggest course of action or remediation
- Demonstrated ability to effectively build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
- Analytical skills, attention to detail, critical thinking, problem solving and independent decision making
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of cross-functional teams ranging from individual contributors to multi-member groups
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to make accurate and timely decisions while working under tight deadlines
- Demonstrated ability to independently investigate issues, identify root causes, and engage appropriate stakeholders to drive resolution with minimal managerial oversight
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the retail energy industry and or regulated/deregulated energy markets
- Experience using CRM and or order to cash workflow systems
- Working knowledge of UDC/ISO/LDC market EDI transactions
- Advanced technical acumen in SQL, business applications, and emerging technologies
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, managing complex projects and proactively mitigating potential risk
- Lean Six Sigma certification
