We currently have an exciting opportunity for Sr DevOps Engineer to join our Tailored Technology team. This individual will This is a senior, hands-on engineering role focused on improving CI/CD, developer experience, release automation, and platform tooling across the software delivery lifecycle. 
This individual will serve as a senior technical contributor and mentor, partnering closely with engineering, QA, infrastructure, security, and application teams to simplify delivery workflows, improve deployment reliability, and accelerate time to market. The ideal candidate combines strong DevOps engineering depth with practical leadership, sound operational judgment, and a continuous-improvement mindset. Candidate must have significant Kubernetes experience.

What you’ll do 
• Design, build, and enhance CI/CD pipelines that improve software quality, release velocity, and deployment consistency.
• Work with development and support teams to design and implement deployment, provisioning, and integration workflows; ensure environments are stable, properly configured and secure, and identify areas for improvement.
• Build and maintain tools and solutions associated with ecommerce and our DevOps platform.
• Create and maintain automation for provisioning, configuration, secrets handling, environment setup, and operational tasks.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to develop best practices to manage and reduce security risks by developing and integrating global security controls into our client’s continuous integration, continuous deployment, and continuous testing pipelines.

What you’ll bring
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, platform engineering, release engineering, or infrastructure automation roles.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in working with Kubernetes, CICD and micro services. 
• Hands on experience in DevOps/ Automation, designing reusable platforms, web infrastructure and Open Source
• Knowledge of Configuration management software Terraform and Ansible is a huge plus.
• Experience in working with Monitoring tools like AppDynamics, Datadog and Mpulse. 
• Experience in Building Automation of tasks and configuration settings to speedup up the process and minimize the manual issues. 
• Experience with shell scripting, python or ruby 
• Experience in writing playbooks using Ansible software. 
• Experience in configuring, installing and setting up CI/CD pipelines using the GitOps. 
• Experience In handling system performance tuning and monitoring , configuration maintenance ( SSL certificate management, JDBC connection maintenance, DB tuninig ) 
• Solid understanding of environment management, deployment patterns, artifact repositories, secrets management, and operational controls.
• Experience in handling multiple projects at a same time and ability to handle production down situations effectively and should be able to participate in On-call support.
