We are currently seeking a Sr Area Operations Manager II to join our team in Houston, TX.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead operational excellence across multiple ready-mix concrete sites to drive safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Develop, guide, and empower teams to achieve strong performance and continuous improvement.
  • Optimize operational processes, production planning, and resource utilization.
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and community partners.
  • Champion compliance, sustainability, and responsible operating practices across the area.

Work Environment
Work is performed in both office and operational settings, including outdoor and industrial environments. This role requires travel between sites and the ability to work in varied weather conditions and around heavy equipment.
