Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Operations Supervisor to join our Digital Solutions team. In this role, you will oversee daily Imaging Center operations, manage high-volume production deliverables, and drive the end-to-end transformation of physical documents into digital assets.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

• Lead daily production workflows and manage project timelines to guarantee the highest quality and outcome of customer orders.

• Collaborate with internal teams across multiple areas of Iron Mountain and communicate effectively with external clients to resolve operational issues and improve procedures.

• Ensure compliance with organizational standards and policies by leading, mentoring, and cross-training department employees while systematically supporting the team's invoicing processes.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment managing teams of 15–30 employees.

• Strong knowledge of imaging processes, data extraction methodologies, and operational workflow design.

• Proven ability in team leadership, project management, proactive problem-solving, and cross-functional communication.

What We Offer 

• Salary details: $56,000 annually.

• Shifts: Sunday – Thursday, 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM.

• Location: 9601 W. Tidwell, Houston, TX.
