About the Job
The responsibility of the position is to participate as a member of a team of dedicated individuals who are goal oriented and committed to ensuring products are processed accurately according to established procedures.

What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities 

The responsibilities of the Process Improvement Analyst will consist of but are not limited to the following:
• Support Analyst for Labor Management Solution system
• Working with cross functional teams for process improvement implementations
• Analyze existing retail processes, workflows & performance data to identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks
• Support the design & implementation of process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies
• Gather and document business requirements through observations, interviews, & data collection
• Develop & monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist with reporting on project outcomes
• Help develop training materials and assist in delivering process change communication
• Partner with cross functional managers & business leaders to establish key metrics that measure & determine success
• Maintain weekly reporting on separate cost savings initiatives
• Develop and maintain project plans & schedules; collaborate effectively across teams to define strategy, goals and commitment to timelines & deliverables
• Create cost/benefit analysis on proposed recommendations and actions
• Other duties & reporting as assigned by Manager


Skills & Experience
• 2+ years’ experience in Distribution Centers, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Analytics
• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Analytics or equivalent experience
• Experience with Six Sigma, 5S Methodology &/or other Continuous Improvement Principles a plus
• Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word
• Minimum of 1 year experience working in project teams preferred
• Ability to work on multiple priorities with deadlines with minimum supervision
• Quick learner with strong organization skills
• Strong written & verbal communication skills
• Understanding of business concepts: Business Logistics, Transportation, & Supply Chain Mngt

 Reporting – Working Relationships
Reports to Logistics Department Management

Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands
• Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time
• Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily
• Able to lift and move up to 10 pounds occasionally
• Hours regularly exceed 40 hours per week
