We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Master Scheduler to join our JETS II contract team at NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX.

If selected you will:

  • Develop, maintain, and analyze complex, multi-disciplinary project schedules using MS Project.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subsystem leads, and test engineers to define task sequences, dependencies, and resource allocations.
  • Support planning and execution of hardware development, integration, and test campaigns.
  • Identify schedule risks, perform critical path analysis, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Deliver clear, actionable schedule reports and visualizations to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ensure alignment with NASA/JSC program milestones, mission timelines, and configuration control processes.

Qualifications:

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
  • 3+ years of experience in technical scheduling, project management, or test operations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project, including resource leveling, baselining, and custom reporting.
  • Familiarity with NASA/JSC flight hardware development, testing, or mission operations.
  • Strong understanding of waterfall scheduling methodologies and integrated master scheduling principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in or alongside Agile teams.
  • Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe, PMI-ACP).
  • Background in aerospace, systems engineering, or test integration environments.
