- Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all ticket holders of the Club's events at Reliant Stadium.
- Support and oversee communications for a client book of 1500+ season ticket accounts.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and establish a relationship with Texans season ticket members.
- Guide members through the yearly season ticket renewal and seat relocation process.
- Answer inbound Texans service line phone calls while assisting customers with ticketing and game day questions.
- Troubleshoot day of event ticketing and seating issues alongside gameday staff.
- Make outbound phone calls and send emails/SMS messages to season ticket members to inquire about on field experiences, request payments and update members on stadium or operation changes.
- Follow up with all ticket members to ensure their visits to Reliant Stadium events are enjoyable and free of issues.
- Manage customer service issues around all ticketing events, initiatives, and programs, including but not limited to Draft Day, Training Camp, Field Day, and other exclusive season ticket holder events.
- Visit season ticket members in person to deliver gifts and handle all concerns accordingly.
- Encourage season ticket members to respond to season ticket correspondences, inquiry forms and surveys in a timely manner.
- Assist with all mailing and invoicing projects as directed.
- Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Ticketing departmental leadership.
- Assist Club and Club staff in a professional manner on all Texans gamedays, LSSE Events, LOVB Volleyball Houston Events and duties within the Business operations offices.
- Strong desire and ability to provide highest level of customer service to all fans.
- Working knowledge and prior work experience utilizing Ticketmaster, Archtics or other ticketing software.
- Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office software applications.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a high-energy environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to create and maintain solid working relationships at all levels across the organization and externally.
- Excellent attention to detail and an ability to produce high-quality, accurate work within designated deadlines.
- Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.
- Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
- High School Diploma required.
- Prior sports industry experience preferred.
