In partnership with Workforce Solutions and programs like SNAP E&T, you’ll design and deliver innovative training strategies that equip employees with the tools needed to help individuals overcome employment barriers and achieve long-term stability. In this dynamic role, you’ll collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to assess training needs, coordinate and facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, and develop compelling learning materials that drive performance. You’ll manage learning systems, track training outcomes, and continuously refine programs based on feedback and industry best practices.
