What thisĀ job involves -Ā The Training Coordinator is responsible for implementingĀ trainingĀ as well as supportingĀ Training Needs Analysis, assigning training, interfacing withĀ clientsĀ to troubleshoot system issues,Ā checkingĀ on accuracy training content assigned, and vendors who supply the training. Additionally, this individual administers the tools to track theĀ training andĀ is responsibleĀ for metrics to show compliance and performance. This role includes partnering with Management and stakeholders to carry out the Training Plan.Ā
This role includes partnering with the Account and Client EHS Leads, FacilityĀ DirectorĀ Operations Manager, Finance, and Human Resources to carry outĀ day to dayĀ operations with local staff and oversee that all training operations are working efficiently and continue to add value for all.Ā
What isĀ the dayĀ to day?Ā
Manage client and JLL Training Assignment Portfolios-maintaining audit readiness with training data andĀ reporting at all times.Ā
Assign and track trainingĀ multipleĀ learning platforms.Ā
Run training reports, support training completion at assigned sites, and work with Training Manager to meet and exceed Training compliance metrics.Ā
Troubleshoot training issuesĀ
Create and apply innovative training solutions and tools for site and program trainingĀ programĀ
Network with client and JLL leadership to ensure training compliance for sites.Ā
Collaborate on the onboarding team and work with managers to ensure appropriate role training is listed in Portfolio and assigned per directives.Ā
Additional duties as requiredĀ
Desired experience and technical skills -Ā Ā
RequiredĀ
2+ years of experience in training coordination or a similar roleĀ Ā
Strong organizational and project management skillsĀ
Advanced Microsoft Excel skillsĀ
Excellent communication skills and ability to work across different time zonesĀ
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with learning management systemsĀ
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive work ethicĀ
PreferredĀ
Learning Management System (LMS) or HRIS software experienceĀ
Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesĀ
