We are currently hiring Warehouse Clerks to join our team. In this role, employees will be responsible for reviewing packing lists, verifying order accuracy, and ensuring the correct items are shipped to customers in a timely and efficient manner.  The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Open Positions:

  • 1 Warehouse Clerk reporting to our Fairmont location in Southwest Houston
  • 1 Warehouse Clerk reporting to our Cunningham Road location in Northwest Houston


Essential Responsibilities: 

•              Provide professional and timely service to all customers

•             Respond to customer emails and calls regarding their order status

•             Provide freight quotations and transit periods as per customer request

•             Prepare labels, bills of lading, SLI (Shipper’s Letter Instruction,) Consent to Screen

•             Handle lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments

•             File all shipping documents including packing slip, commercial invoice, Proof of Delivery

•             Know and understand Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Management system

•             Follow all health and safety rules

•             Packages /prepares orders for shipment with care, whether product is for a customer

•             Reports problems with quality, processes, equipment and/or material to supervisor


Requirements:

•           High School diploma or a GED equivalent or equivalent work experience.

•           6 months’ Manufacturing/ Warehouse experience
