Warehouse Specialist
Hours: 10AM-6PM (May change due to operations, latest starts at 5PM)
**Key Responsibilities:**
路 Assistant warehouse daily operations, including sorting, loading and unloading and ensuring compliance with company standards.
路 Develop and enforce quality assurance protocols.
路 Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
路 Oversee warehouse activities for consistency and reliability.
路 Conduct daily control meetings and performance reviews.
路 Recruit qualified staff and provide onboarding.
路 Design training to improve service quality.
路 Oversee regional fleet operations, task distribution, and cost control.
路 Continuously optimize collection models and processes.
路 Coordinate with internal teams and external partners.
路 Handle daily operations and emergency responses.
路 Bachelor鈥檚 degree or equivalent, bilingual Mandarin required.
路 0-1 year experience in last-mile or 3PL warehousing and logistics related preferred but not required.
路 Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
路 Able to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
