Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Pull and organize materials for scheduled jobs
• Stage materials and equipment for technician readiness
• Stock service vehicles with required parts
• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments
• Deliver materials to job sites and assist with loading trucks
• Maintain and track inventory, supplies, tools, and equipment
• Coordinate warranty returns and vendor shipments
• Operate a forklift to move materials and unload trucks
• Keep the warehouse organized and running efficiently
• Maintain accurate documentation on inventory and purchases

Qualifications

What You Need:

• Warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred
• Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license required
• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (location dependent)
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, inventory systems, etc.)
• Strong organization skills and ability to work independently
