Essential Job Duties:
Support the Senior Global Workday Administrator in the configuration of business processes, fulfillment of ad hoc report requests, delivery of end-user training, and ongoing data management across the global Workday platform
Work with Senior Global Workday Administrator to maintain Workday security roles and permissions to ensure appropriate data access and compliance
Maintain Workday data integrity and compliance by executing routine, ad hoc audits, and quality checks partnering with regional teams to resolve discrepancies at the source
Review and troubleshoot system errors raised by team members globally with guidance from Senior Global Workday Administrator
Prepare HR team globally for Workday releases to remain current on our HR platform and data strategies by reviewing release notes, assessing impacts, communicating changes, and coordinating testing
Participate in all phases of the system life cycle as requested by design testing, documentation, and deployment for system enhancements and new feature implementations
Work with Senior Global Workday Administrator to research, identify, and troubleshoot system issues and provide user support globally
Collaborate with Senior Global Workday Administrator to modify, and customize Workday and to test new applications and features
Performs other related duties as required
Job Qualifications​
Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Familiarity with human resources policies and procedures to ensure Workday meets organizational needs and goals
Workday HCM
Workday Payroll
Able to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams globally
Ability to keep information confidential
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Experience:
1-2 years of hands-on experience with Workday HCM and Payroll
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
