Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused HR Coordinator to support the day-to-day execution of our hiring and onboarding processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating structure, managing details, and helping new employees have a great first experience with the company.

As the HR Coordinator, you'll serve as a key connection point between candidates, managers, and the HR team—ensuring offers are sent, onboarding is completed, records are accurate, and employees are ready for a successful Day One.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create, send, and track offer letters.
  • Coordinate background checks and pre-employment requirements.
  • Launch and monitor new hire onboarding packets through ADP.
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and hiring status reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and new hires throughout the onboarding process.
  • Communicate regularly with managers regarding hiring progress and start-date readiness.
  • Provide weekly updates on employees who are and are not cleared to begin work.
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Respond to incoming HR phone calls and emails.
  • Support reporting, audits, data entry, scheduling, and HR administrative processes.
  • Assist with employee engagement activities, communications, and special projects.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR workflows and processes.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma (or equivalent) required
  • 1–3 years of HR, recruiting, onboarding, administrative, or related experience.
  • Experience working in HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Customer-service mindset with a willingness to support employees, leaders, and candidates.
