Position Summary
A Human Resources Coordinator is responsible for supporting various HR functions within an organization. They assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, maintain employee records, handle employee inquiries and concerns, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. They may also assist with training and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and HR reporting and analytics. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role. Posted position does not allow for sponsorship or relocation.

Essential Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Human Resources Department and employees in all aspects of human resources functions.
- Provides general administrative support to Human Resources, with a proven ability to maintain confidential information
- Provides basic HR assistance to employees
- Processes department invoices to ensure timely and accurate payment
- Supports the onboarding process, coordinates pre-employment process with candidates and recruiting, conducts new hire orientation, creates new hire packets and files
- Maintain employment records of facility employees
- Performs multiple activities in Oracle – data entry, integrity of HRIS, training supervisors and managers on functionality, reporting, etc.
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications
- 1-2 years of previous administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
- HS diploma or EquivalentÂ

Preferred Qualifications
- HRIS experience strongly desired, Oracle preferred
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)

Working and Environmental Conditions
Working Conditions
Temperature controlled working environment. Some outside activities may be required.
This position is expected to travel approximately 5-10% and must be able to travel with short notice and/or for extended periods of time.
