We are seeking aĀ Principal Manufacturing Associate ā Team LeadĀ to support ourĀ CMC-GMPĀ team. This individual willĀ provide direct leadership and oversight for the on-the-floor operations of cell therapy manufacturing in a cGMP environment.Ā

WhatĀ YouāllĀ Do:Ā
As aĀ Principal Manufacturing Associate ā Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting ourĀ CMC-GMPĀ operations:āÆĀ
Knowledge and adherence to cGMP requirements.Ā Ā
Provide leadership, guidance, and necessary training to staff in alignment with cGMP requirements and established proceduresĀ Ā
ProvideĀ instructionĀ toĀ facilitateĀ workflow, shift activities, and shift exchange ensuring all activities are completed as assigned.Ā Ā
Provide a safe and controlled work environment.Ā Ā
ProvideĀ deviationĀ workflow support, including, but not limited to initiating, investigating, and troubleshooting deviations and unexpected events.Ā Ā
Serve asĀ backupĀ for manufacturing associates for daily manufacturing processes.Ā Ā
Review executed batch records and documents.Ā Ā
Coordinate with the Training Department to include training needs on the manufacturing schedule.Ā Ā
Clear communication with outgoing and incoming shift Leads and Managers toĀ disseminateĀ all relevant information.Ā Ā
Collaborate with the MSAT/PD teams to transfer new projects into GMP.Ā Ā
Develop or update internal policies, procedures or steps,Ā identifiesĀ and escalate risks,Ā communicatesĀ changes and plan for execution.Ā Ā
Leads routine team meetings and huddles.Ā Ā
Ability to work productively and toĀ participateĀ in a highly creative and fast-paced environment.Ā

Support scheduling and assignment of manufacturing activities.Ā Ā
DeterminesĀ required corrective actions resulting from deviations or CAPAs and develop implementation plans. Acts as CAPA lead whenĀ required.Ā Ā
Reviews and ensure completion of all manufacturing-related logs.

RequiredĀ ExperienceĀ andĀ Education:Ā
Biomanufacturing Technology Associate of Applied Science Degree, Biomanufacturing Technology Level 2 Certificate, or equivalent.Ā orĀ an AssociateĀ degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Biomanufacturing orĀ anotherĀ relatedĀ field.Ā Ā
Seven (7) or more years of cell therapy manufacturing experience, or four (4) to five (5) years of cell therapy manufacturing experience combined with lead or supervisory experience.Ā
PreferredĀ ExperienceĀ andĀ Education:āÆĀ
Masterās Degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Healthcare Administration orĀ otherĀ relatedĀ field.āÆĀ Ā
Seven (7) years of cell therapy manufacturing experience.Ā
