The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing the company's materials management, warehousing, and inventory practices and procedures. This role ensures accurate inventory management, monitors implementation, provides functional expertise, and supports global operations. The position collaborates closely with technical teams to integrate supply chain systems and drive a seamless, efficient end-to-end process. The Inventory Supervisor also drives continuous improvement initiatives and performs supply chain inventory analytics.
The Inventory Supervisor drives continuous improvement initiatives and oversees Master Data Management to ensure that inventory management systems are accurate and up to date. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring warehouse setups are accurate and fully compliant with regulations.
- Maintaining systems that meet the Supply Chain – Inventory Management requirements of Nabors, updating procedures to reflect best practices.
- Providing subject matter expertise, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring project progress.
- Ensuring the overall accuracy of inventory records.
- Overseeing vendor setup compliance through a controlled qualification and induction process.
- Perform complex analysis on inventory and system data

In addition, the Inventory Supervisor provides analytical and vendor services support to the PSC department. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and reporting performance metrics to track operational effectiveness.
- Creating and communicating project reports to management, providing visibility into initiatives.
- Driving results through process improvements and strong team leadership.
- Performing advanced analysis as required by the department.
- Providing guidance, quality assurance (QA), and quality control (QC) for analysis and documents prepared by the analyst teamÂ
