REQUIRED COMPETENCIES (Essential duties and responsibilities): Coordinates material needs, material usage and work order material costs: Maintains raw material inventory records from Global Shop. Evaluates raw material requirements for firms and planned orders. Coordinates and purchases requirements for raw materials with Purchasing Manager (Fabcorp). Tracks material costs by Work Order Updates and reconciles inventory records in Global Shop for actual usage. Perform physical inventory audit against Global Shop to ensure accuracy Allocate and issue raw materials to active work orders Support sales operations through accurate order entry and work order assembly Assist the laser department by printing, compiling and preparing work orders as needed Perform routine document filing and record maintenance during operational downtime Follows company safety & security guidelines. OTHER DUTIES: Verifies Temp Account inventory levels Creates Part Numbers and assists sales order entry with Inside Sales Manager (Source Metals) Must be able to start working by 6:00am SPECIAL PROJECTS: As assigned SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: None QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
