We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate to join our team as a Junior Project Coordinator / IT Project Management Associate. This role is ideal for candidates interested in developing a career in project management within a fast-paced technology and energy environment.
The selected candidate will support project planning, coordination, communication, and execution activities across multiple business and technology initiatives. This position provides hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical resources while learning project management best practices and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of projects from initiation through completion
  • Support project managers with scheduling, tracking deliverables, documentation, and reporting
  • Participate in project meetings, status updates, and stakeholder communications
  • Help maintain project plans, timelines, action items, and risk/issue logs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business stakeholders to gather information and support project goals
  • Track project progress and help ensure deadlines and objectives are met
  • Support Agile project activities including sprint planning, task tracking, and team coordination
  • Assist with organizing project documentation and maintaining accurate records
  • Work with team members across business and technology functions to support operational initiatives
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and process optimization
  • Build strong professional relationships across teams and departments

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Recent graduate or 0–2 years of professional experience
  • Interest in project management, technology, operations, or business transformation initiatives
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure to Agile or Scrum methodologies through coursework, internships, or certifications
  • Internship, academic project, or leadership experience related to project coordination or team collaboration
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or similar project tracking platforms
  • CAPM certification or interest in pursuing project management certifications
