Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Civil Carpenter to support construction and maintenance work in industrial facilities. This role includes concrete formwork, framing, drywall installation, and painting.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and install concrete formwork, framing, shoring, and temporary structures.

Read and follow blueprints and construction drawings.

Hang, tape, mud, and finish drywall.

Perform painting and industrial coating applications, including surface prep.

Use carpentry, drywall, and painting tools safely and effectively.

Follow all site safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Qualifications:

3+ years industrial or heavy‑civil carpentry experience.

Skilled in formwork systems, drywall installation, and painting.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work at heights, and work in industrial conditions.

Knowledge of OSHA and site safety requirements.

Preferred: NCCER, OSHA 10/30, TWIC, or industrial facility experience.
