We are looking for a thorough Maintenance Technician to take responsibility to preserve the good condition and functionality of our mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance routines on all plant machinery and equipment, such as, motors, gearbox, pumps, etc.
Able to perform hands-on repairs and installation of machinery parts, such as bearings, pulleys, and mechanisms.
Knowledge of plumbing installations (CPVC and Threated).
Electrical troubleshooting, AC 480/240 3PH
Installation and repairs of 3PH motors.
Installation and repairs of electrical panels, breakers, fuses, wires, etc.
Installation of sensors, switches, safety interlocks.
Repairs and installation of plugs, light fixtures.
Perform preventive maintenance of electrical systems
Strong knowledge of LOTO will be needed.
Use of forklift, man-lift, power tools

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician
Good understanding of electrical systems
Basic knowledge of control systems
Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime
Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) is desired

Requirements

NECESSARY SKILLS, BACKGROUND & COMPETENCIES:

Minimum one year of work experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Must be able to work in a team-based, upbeat, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to understand written instructions and follow procedures.
High School Diploma or GED preferred
