Job DetailsJob Location: HOUSTON, TX 77008Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Graduate DegreeSalary Range: $26.00 - $28.00 HourlyJob Shift: DaySUMMARY Acts as an on-site full service representative for a specific supply chain customer.  Interfaces with all customer areas affected including users, engineers, developers and operations/support personnel. Responsible for assisting in all aspects of the development of the supply chain customer.  Assists in defining objectives, development of detailed work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Works in a team environment to support the Supply Chain Manager/Engineer to accomplish their essential duties and responsibilities in regards to a specific supply chain customer. Ensures the accuracy of data between the customer and TSP’s ERP systems, including product description, specifications, lead time and pricing. Work with other onsite personnel to provide service including pulling parts, cross referencing descriptions and order entry to receipt. Expedite orders as requested by the customer through interactions with vendors, TSP personnel and customer personnel. Report monthly on cost savings, engineer interaction and service quality. Act as customer’s on site expert by attending production and engineering meetings and then providing appropriate follow up. Provide support to all members of the supply chain team to facilitate optimal customer service from quote to delivery. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This job has no supervisory responsibilities.   QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS  To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.  Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.  Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.  Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. OTHER SKILLS Deep knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point applications. Ability to maintain excellent relationships with team members, senior management, and customers.  Ensures that all communication is proactively maintained at the proper level for the need among all interested parties. REASONING ABILITY Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
