About the Role:
We are looking for a Foreman to join a dynamic team in delivering high-quality pump solutions. This candidate will be responsible for overseeing the manufacturing processes, ensuring that production runs smoothly, products meet quality standards, and the workforce is properly utilized.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to direct and assist in the fabrication and assembly of machinery built
- Oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production targets are met.
- Manage and coordinate team activities to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment
- Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and quality assurance teams to improve processes.
- Maintain accurate production records and report on performance metrics.
- Ensure the manufacturing floor is clean, organized, and operating under safe conditions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or foreman role; typically 3-5 years is expected.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Effective communication skills and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
- Welding experience is a high priority; MIG and TIG welding experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
