Industrial Maintenance Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Technician Helper to support the maintenance team in a fast-paced industrial environment. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their mechanical skills while assisting with equipment maintenance and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist technicians with maintenance and repair of hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems
• Support maintenance on diesel-powered forklifts and material handling equipment
• Help perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean, safe work area
• Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and minimizing downtime
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, and diesel equipment
• Previous experience in maintenance, mechanical work, or industrial environments preferred
• Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on role
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
