Scope:
Manage the visual standards of Sysco Technology organization in customer-facing assets, internal communications and spearhead the creation of marketing campaigns and deliverables by blending creative problem solving, compelling storytelling, and business-oriented thinking.Â
Essential Functions:
In collaboration with technology leaders, marketing leadership, and corporate communications, plan the scalable creative strategy of customer facing-collateral.
Conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns. Drive results through empathetic storytelling and demographic research through an understanding of Sysco’s customers and their challenges.
Plan, pitch and produce quality visual and written content in a variety of marketing forms that align with the marketing objectives, brand standards and business goals.
Establish and maintain brand story and visual standards throughout all customer-facing collateral through a review and approval process. Assist team members with asset creation as needed.
Define asset creation and delivery protocol and maintain detailed guidelines for collateral and other materials.
Create and enforce messaging around Sysco’s Technology organization.
 Create and maintain team sites and work with stakeholders across the technology organization to manage content, repositories, branding, templates, and regular internal communications.Â
Manage budget for Marketing Campaigns.
Create feedback loop for adjusting and maintaining communications and campaigns.
Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related, or equivalent work experience.
6 years’ experience in visual design or art direction.
Experience with design fundamentals and file preparation for print, web and video.
Experience in Adobe Create Cloud applications. Â
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related coursework.
8 years’ experience in visual design or art direction. Â
